Mobile phone company Vodafone is selling its leasehold interest in the former P2P mobile phone shop at The Square in Tallaght, Dublin 24. The unit has 54.35 sq m and is held under a 29-year lease from 1996 at a current rent of €54,999. Lisa McGrane of Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a premium of €65,000 for the leasehold interest.
The same agency is seeking tenants for two new retail showrooms at the corner of Harcourt Street and Adelaide Road in Dublin's central business district. One has 101 sq m and is available at a rent of over €70,000. The second is slightly larger at 105 sq m and is suitable for retail service users such as a print showrooms, a gallery, travel agency or pharmacy. The rent in this case will be at least €73,000.
