Jones Lang Wootton is seeking offers in excess of £2.5 million for an office investment, Estuary House, which is rented by Telecom Eireann at Henry Street, Limerick. The tenant is paying a rent of £170,000 under a 35-year lease from 1983, with the next rent review due in September. John Moran, of the selling agents, said they expected a high level of interest in what was a prime freehold investment with a top quality covenant in a prestigous location. The five-storey over lower ground floor building has 23,890 sq ft of space and 45 car parking spaces.
