Sandyford: Fifty units of Aiken's Village, a development of apartments and townhouses at Sandyford, beside the M50 and a planned Luas stop, is under construction off the Enniskerry Road, just past the Lamb's Cross junction.

The developer is acting as selling agent.

The units are equally divided between three and four-bedroom townhouses and one and two-bedroom apartments.

A showhouse will be on view weekdays from 9.30 p.m. to 5p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Prices start at €259,000 for one-bed apartments and €315,000 for two-bed units.

Townhouses are priced from €375,000 for three-beds and from €465,000 for four-beds.

The latter have front and back gardens and there are balconies or terraces with the apartments. German kitchens in a choice of finishes come with a full range of expensive Siemens appliances. These townhouses and apartments will be ready to move into by next spring.
