Two adjoining semi-detached warehouse and office buildings at the M50 Business Park, Ballymount, Dublin 22, have been sold for a combined price of about £3.5 million. Park Developments is building the blocks which have 43,000 sq ft. One of them was bought by a health care company and the other was acquired by a private investor. Hamilton Osborne King, which handled the sale, has also let a 12,000 sq ft office and warehouse building at the Western Parkway Business Park, also in Ballymount, to Pfizer at a rent of slightly over £100,000 per annum. The 25-year lease provides for a break option in the 10th year.
