With the owners of the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre still considering their next move following the refusal of planning permission to double its size, South Dublin Co Council has just granted permission for an office development beside the complex. Barkhill Ltd, a company linked to O'Callaghan Properties in Cork, has got approval for 185,000 sq ft of offices in four blocks. Permission has also been granted for a 20,000 sq ft building to include a creche, gym, shop and juice bar.
