Selling agent R B Daly & Son will be taking bookings for one, two and three-bedroom apartments and two four-bedroom penthouses. One-bedroom apartments of 42sq m (453sq ft) start at €350,000; 66sq m (715sq ft) two-beds cost from €400,000 while 108sq m (1,158sq ft) three-beds start at €550,000.

Two 164sq m (1,763sq ft) four-bedroom penthouses cost €1.15 million and €1.25 million, the difference being in reception and balcony size. One 247sq m (2,660sq ft) five-bedroom detached house is also for sale, priced at €1.6 million.

All the houses apart from the detached house at the entrance sold quietly during the construction stages.
