The controversial Manor Mill in Maynooth, Co Kildare, is expected to make in excess of £6 million (€7.62m) when it is sold shortly by tender on the instructions of the liquidator of Edward Kavanagh.

The 3.9-acre site was part of a larger suite of 4.9 acres which secured planning permission for 166 apartments, 38,000 sq ft of offices, 13,000 sq ft of retail and a hotel/public house. The selling agent is Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne.
