Recruitment group Marlborough is planning to move its headquarters to the bottom of Grafton Street in Dublin 2. The company is in negotiation to take over the existing lease of Number 111 and the upper floors of Numbers 112 and 113 which are being vacated by Irish Nationwide. If the deal goes through, Marlborough seems likely to sell its existing office building on Tara Street, which it refurbished before moving in. The company will not be paying a premium for the Grafton Street premises, which include 868 sq ft at street level in Number 111. Marlborough will have the use of 13,500 sq ft in the three buildings. The combined rent of £121,500 is under review. Willie Dowling of Gunne is handling the assignment of the leases for Irish Nationwide.
