Meteor, the third mobile phone network provider, is to open its seventh store at the Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick. It will be paying a rent of £50,000 (#63,490) for 1,000 sq ft in the latest extension of the shopping centre, which opens later this month.

Meteor now has outlets in all the major cities and is in negotiations to open a shop at Blanchardstown Town Centre. Keiron Diamond of Ganly Walters is advising the company.
