German electrical giant, Miele, is to open a new Irish headquarters at Broomhill Business Complex, close to the M50 and the Naas Road in west Dublin. The comany is investing £1 million in the building, which has a mixture of offices, showrooms, spare parts and workshop. Collenmoore Developments is currently completing the final two units, which will be offered for sale or to let. They will have floor areas of 7,650 and 8,500 sq ft and are for sale at £85 per sq ft and to let at £10 per sq ft. Joint agents are Fergus Slattery and Associates and Cumisky Cooke Scales.
