Dublin 13/from €354,000: Apartments, duplexes and townhouses go on sale from plans today at Beaupark, part of Capital North - a new residential and commercial complex off Grange Road in Dublin 13.
Sherry FitzGerald New Homes is taking bookings at its Donnybrook offices for 50 units. On offer are two-bedroom apartments of 61sq m (655sq ft) from €354,000 and three-bed apartments of 86sq m (925sq ft) from €410,000.
Also for sale are two-bedroom duplex penthouses of 86sq m (925sq ft) priced from €470,000 and three-bed townhouses of 109sq m (1,170sq ft) starting at €450,000.
Beaupark is taking shape off Grange Road, close to Donaghmede and Baldoyle and Clare Hall shopping centre. Killoe Developments is the developing company.
There is planning permission for a new train station and the rejuvenated Father Collins Park will eventually have 17 playing pitches, children's playgrounds and a running track.
Standard features will include contemporary kitchens, fitted wardrobes, kitchen and bathroom wall tiles and underground car-parking. All units will have at least one balcony.
Some two-bed apartments will have extra high livingroom ceilings, while some two-bedroom plus study apartments will have an attractive split-level layout.
