Car Phone Warehouse is understood to be paying more than £300,000 for the leasehold interests of eight small retail units which have been trading as The Factory women's fashion in shopping centres and high streets around the country. Larry Brennan of Hamilton Osborne King said that while sale terms had been agreed he was not yet in a position to identify the purchaser. The shops are an ideal size for a mobile phone retailer, being between 110 and 500 sq. ft. Three of the outlets are in Dublin - one in Blanchardstown Town Centre; The Square, Tallaght; and in Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre. There are two in Cork and one each in Waterford, Limerick and Galway.
