Number 1 Auburn Villas, Carrickbrennan Road, Monkstown, Co Dublin, a three-bedroom double-fronted house, has sold by private treaty for in the region of €1.5 million, also through Lisney. The property failed to sell at auction late last year.

In other private treaty sales, a bungalow on one acre, Willow Lodge, Drummin West, Delgany, Co Wicklow sold for in the region of €1.7 million through Lennox Estates.

The same agent fetched over €500,000 for 123 Hollybrook Park, Bray, Co Wicklow, a three-bed semi detached house.

Elsewhere, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, 32 Greenville Road, Blackrock, Co Dublin, sold for around €1.3 million through Lisney. The same agent sold the following properties: a three-bed penthouse apartment, 4 Sorrento Heights, Dalkey, Co Dublin, for over €1.05 million and a three-bed ground floor apartment, 7 Sorrento Heights, Dalkey, for around €950,000. A two-bedroom semi-detached bungalow, 34 The Village Gate, Dalkey, Co Dublin sold in the region of €950,000 through Lisney.

Sherry FitzGerald secured €900,000 for a three-bed detached bungalow at 34 Castle Court, Booterstown, Co Dublin.

In Dublin 16, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, 63 The Priory, Rathfarnham, sold for around €750,000 through Lisney.

A three-bedroom semi-detached house, 14 Clarence Place, off Macken Street, Dublin 2, sold for around €625,000 through Savills HOK. The same agent secured in the region of €730,000 for 32 Woodview, Mount Merrion Avenue, Blackrock, Co Dublin a second floor apartment. Also in Blackrock, Co Dublin, a three-bed semi-detached house, number 83 Newtown Avenue, sold for around €750,000 through Savills HOK and a top floor three-bed apartment, 66 Windmill Lane, Dublin 2, sold for in the region of €395,000 through the same agent.

Elsewhere, an extended four-bedroom detached house, 46 Hillside, Greystones, Co Wicklow, sold for around €850,000 through Lennox Estates. The same agent sold a three-bed duplex townhouse, 248 Charlesland Park, Greystones, Co Wicklow for over €400,000.

A four-bedroom house on 3.5 acres at Tara Hill, Gorey, Co Wexford, sold at auction for €1.5 million through Sherry FitzGerald O'Leary Kinsella.

In Co Galway, a two-bed terraced house, 157 Bohermore, Co Galway, sold at auction for €405,000 through O'Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers and the same agent secured €875,000 at auction for a four-bed detached house, number 10 Ard na Coille, Maunsells Road, Galway.

Still in Co Galway, 11.032 acres of agricultural land at Maree, Oranmore, made €925,000 at auction through O'Donnellan & Joyce.
