Another 20 houses in the second phase of the Johnstown Manor development in the village of Johnstown, near Naas, Co Kildare, are being released for sale on Saturday afternoon. All of the four-bedroom and five-bed detached homes in the first phase were sold over a single weekend. The development is located just off the N7 in the village, 18 miles from Dublin. Johnstown Manor comprises a number of short culs-de-sac facing on to landscaped open space. Standard features in all houses include gas-fired central heating, feature fireplace, fitted kitchen units and wardrobes and wiring for alarms.
Prices will range from £187,000 and £195,000 for large, four-bedroom detached houses. All five-bedroom homes have been sold. The booking deposit is £3,000 and show houses are open on Saturday 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. The joint selling agents are Hooke & MacDonald and Coonan Auctioneers.
