Lisney expects to secure in the region of £7 to £8 million for a motor headquarters at the junction of the Naas Road and the Longmile Road in west Dublin. The 4.5 acre Motokov (Ireland) Ltd premises is to be sold by tender in three lots on October 5th. It is likely to be bought by someone in the motor industry or to be redeveloped as offices.
The complex is in the heart of what is a traditional motor industry location close to Motor Distributors, Hino Harris, Mercedes Benz and Nissan. Motokov sells agricultural machinery. Motorfit Tyre and Exhaust Centre also operates from the site and Enterprise Rent-A-Car have a 10 year lease on 4,000 sq ft of offices.
