The 2.3-acre site is located opposite the proposed LUAS light rail park-and-ride station and overlookds the Red Cow roundabout. Designed by O'Mahony Pike Architects, the apartments will be developed in two blocks, one of them with an atrium and internal balconies. All south-facing and east-facing apartments will have good sized balconies while north and west-facing units will have winter gardens.
