A site of almost eight acres with development potential for a number of uses along the Naas Road in west Dublin is expected to make in excess of £1 million per acre when it is sold by private treaty through Jones Lang LaSalle and French Estates. The 7.88-acre rectangular site has 50 metres of frontage on to the dual carriageway between the Red Cow roundabout and the Ibis Hotel.
