An Irish company has paid slightly over £9 million for a seven-acre development site at Navan Road, Dublin 7. The land was sold by tender by Paul Newman of Douglas Newman Good on behalf of the Department of Health. There were 13 bidders for the land, which has 440 ft of road frontage at the junction of Old Cabra Road and the New Cabra Road. Developer David Arnold recently secured planning permission for a neighbourhood shopping centre on an adjoining site. Finnegan Menton advised the successful purchaser.
