A new phase of three, four and five-bedroom houses are now on sale at Woodstown Village, on Ballycullen Road, Knocklyon, Dublin 16, which is proving to be one of the more popular southside developments. Each phase of Ellier Developments' scheme has been selling out within weeks, due in part to its proximity to the Southern Cross Route, currently under construction.

Sherry FitzGerald is handling sales of the houses, many of which have south or west-facing gardens. The houses all benefit from interconnecting double doors between the reception rooms and sliding doors to the back gardens, which have wooden fencing.

Three different styles of three-bed semis are on offer with prices starting from £155,000. The Glenasmole is the smallest at 1,050 sq. ft and is geared to first-time buyers. The Glencree has a separate kitchen with breakfast-room and extends to 1,133 sq ft while there is a more spacious house extending to 1,171 sq. ft with a bigger kitchen and an integrated garage.

Three types of four-bedroom homes at 1,266 sq. ft, are also for sale with prices starting at £180,000, and range from two semidetached styles to a detached type.
