Gulistan Cottages is a charming little street of artisan cottages that runs parallel to Rathmines Road’s noisy drag and yet feel miles away. They may be small but would be perfect for one or for a couple that really get on.

The kitchen opens out to a small but manageable space considered large by these properties’ standards.
In the south-facing garden there are tomatoes, herbs and greens and there is room for a table to seat six.
The end-of-terrace house also has a side entrance, a real luxury on this street. It means you can keep your bins outside and not have to wheel them through the house on bin day.
The location is really central. The only downside is the nearby bring centre which is operational six days a week and seven days a week from April to the end of September.
The centre is closed on bank holidays.
