Mount Saint Anne’s is a large, nicely maturing development just behind the SS Columbanus and Gall church on the Milltown Road. The estate, which was designed by architects O’Mahony Pike, and built in 2001 by Park Developments, features blocks of apartments as well as duplexes and townhouses. There are green spaces and water features in a scheme that also boasts a private, pedestrian access to the Milltown Luas Green Line.
Number eight is a three-storey mid-terrace townhouse in a row of similar-sized properties at the far end of the estate that runs parallel to the Luas track.

Overall the house measures 159sq m (1,722sq ft). Its footprint at ground level is less than that of the other two floors and this is most evident in the lounge.
The bedrooms
Two of its four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. One is located on the first floor and the second is situated directly above it on the second floor, where there are three bedrooms. The other two share an internal family bathroom that has some natural light courtesy of a light-well but not enough to do your make-up and hope to look au naturel.
