– Flynn & O'Flaherty, who celebrate 40 years in business this year, have just released a new section of 18 houses in their Fairhaven development on Castleknock Road, beside the Phoenix Park. The first phase of 44 houses was sold last year.

For sale through Hooke & MacDonald, the three-bedroom semi-detached houses are priced at €500,000 and the four-bedroom semi-detached houses are €620,000. They’re on view this Saturday and Sunday 2.30pm-4pm .

– Also launching in the same area through Hooke & MacDonald is a new phase of 20 large four- and five-bedroom houses by long time builders Cosgraves at Bracken Park, Carpenterstown Road, Castleknock. The prices are from €630,000 - €735,000.

The first phase of 40 houses in the energy efficient development was sold last year. The showhouses are on view today and Friday 1pm-2pm, Saturday and Sunday 2.30pm-4pm.

– Cosgraves are also releasing a new phase of 15 houses this week in their flagship Honeypark development at Upper Glenageary Road, Dún Laoghaire.

These well designed large four- and five-bedroom houses were planned with good on-site amenities that include play areas, parks and walking trails. Prices range between €670,000 and €750,000. The showhouses are on view Thursday and Friday 1pm-2pm, Saturday and Sunday 2.30pm-4pm.
