Located mostly north of the River Liffey, Fingal takes in the seaside towns of Howth, Malahide, Portmarnock, Skerries and Donabate as well as Baldoyle, Kinsealy, Rush and Lusk. The area also extends westwards to include Castleknock, Clonee and Clonsilla, enjoying proximity to Dublin city centre and access by rail and road.

Some 21 developments in a broad mix of homes, from one-bed apartments to five-bed detached houses, are in progress or scheduled to complete in this area between now and next spring.

Houses are coming on stream in the coastal village of Malahide, with Richmond Homes launching houses at Oak Park, and three five-bed detached houses remaining at Keelmont’s Dun na Rí. Ballymore is building houses and apartments at Seamount Rise and October Investments is building apartments at The Tides, on the coast road. Maybury’s houses at Streamstown Meadows are scheduled for early 2022.

At Kinsealy, slightly inland, O’Flynn Group is launching a new phase of three- and four-bed houses at Kinsealy Woods on Chapel Road in October. Richmond will soon have houses at Bay View in Baldoyle, Quintain’s Skylark houses at Portmarnock are also scheduled for launch in the autumn as are Gannon’s houses at Belcamp on the Malahide Road in Dublin 17.
