A VICTORIAN villa close to the centre of Dalkey village is to be auctioned by Property Team O’Mahony on March 31st. The three-bedroom house carries an AMV of €625,000 and is being sold by executors.

Number 52 Carysfort Road, off Ulverton Road, has 142sq m (1,575sq ft) of space on three different levels. It needs a good deal of work but has plenty of original detail like high ceilings and sash windows.

There are two good interconnecting reception rooms leading off a wide hallway, while at the back of the house there is a kitchen/breakfastroom and sunroom.
