A 61% price drop on Ailesbury Road and a cottage needing everything by the Dodder should get viewers moving this weekend, writes EDEL MORGAN
A DETACHED house at 62 Ailesbury Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 that was bought five years ago for €6.5 million is now for sale at €2.5 million. Lisney has been trying to sell the 278.7sq m (3,000sq ft) house, which is in shell condition, for the past 12 months, at €6 million plus, but this week the owner, a property developer, dropped the price dramatically for a quick sale, says sales agent David Bewley. The house stands on almost a third of an acre.
