SalesResults:A large newly-built house on Orwell Park in Rathgar has sold for around €7 million through Lisney New Homes. The five-bed detached house is one of three being built by developer Eugene Renehan on an attractive site that includes an original house, and two further large new houses.
Elsewhere, Lisney has sold a large modern house at Pear Tree Field, Carysfort Downs in Blackrock for a price believed to be in the region of €4.15 million. The house, called Nussbaum, stands on half an acre of ground. It had been withdrawn from auction by Lisney in the summer.
There was just one auction held yesterday for 2 Woodlands Park in Blackrock, a family home on 0.19 acres. It was withdrawn by Lisney and is now asking €1.75 million.
