The rent equates to £16.50 per sq ft for the 22,248 sq ft block, which has 14 underground car-parking spaces. The American publishers, Wilson, occupy the block on a 25 year lease from 1992 and have a break option in 2007. Jones Lang LaSalle are inviting best offers by December 1st.
