Gunne Commercial is expecting rents of £20 per sq ft for a new office development, Corrig Court, in Sandyford Business Park, Sandyford, Co Dublin. The 39,930 sq ft building will be on four floors, and has 75 car-parking spaces in a double basement, costing £750 per space. The building is to be developed on Corrig Road in the business park, next to Microsoft's European headquarters, and a short distance from the proposed Sandyford LUAS terminal. It should be finished by spring 2001.
