Co Wexford/from €151,950: Hooke & MacDonald is launching a new scheme of seaside homes in north Co Wexford with prices from €151,950.

Riverchapel Wood at Riverchapel, Courtown is a scheme of 189 houses about three miles from Gorey. Most of the homes, which are being developed by Pat Neville Development Ltd, are laid out in cul-de-sacs overlooking green areas.

The development is within a short drive of the N11 and Dublin is about 55 miles away. Courtown and its famous beaches are within easy reach offering a good range of water-based activities.
