• Chartered Land has appointed Declan Curtin (pictured) as project director. He moves from SIAC Property Developments Ltd and will oversee the development of Grand Canal Square in Dublin among other projects.
• CB Richard Ellis has made a number of promotions in its global corporate services team. Patricia Ward has been promoted to director. She joined CB Richard Ellis in September 2007 with 15 years' commercial property experience under her belt. Paddy Conlon has been promoted to associate director.
• Property Partners (PP) has announced its new board of directors. The new directors are Eamon O'Flaherty, director of PP Brady in Maynooth; Mervyn Lloyd, director of PP Lloyd in Mohill; Liam Daly, director of PP Joseph Daly in Ennis; and Declan Woulfe, director of PP Woulfe in Abbeyfeale and PP Gallivan Woulfe in Castleisland, Co Kerry. David McDonnell, principal director of PP McDonnell in Mullingar, will remain on the board.
