Saturday viewings are back: here’s a selection for this weekend

A REFURBISHEDvilla-style house at 85 Heytesbury Street, close to the city centre, has just come on the books at Sherry Fitz-Gerald and will be on view on Saturday between 1pm and 2pm.

Though Heytesbury is a busy street there has usually been good interest in its terraced houses, many of which have been refurbished in recent years. This two-bedroom townhouse is priced at just over €1 million. It’s a two-storey house with both bedrooms leading off the traditional entrance hall upstairs. Both rooms share a large bathroom. Downstairs, at garden level, there’s a large open-plan kitchen/breakfastroom and a separate livingroom that opens into a conservatory which is in a small walled garden.

THE MOVE TOa new job in the UK has prompted the owner of a striking two-bedroom house at 2 Lower Albert Road in Sandycove to drop his price from €2.25 million to €1.95 million. "At this level, considering the level of fit-out and work carried out to the property, it represents great value for money," says selling agent Owen Reilly who will show the property on Saturday between 3pm and 4pm.
