The release of a further 20 units this week at the Bass Buildings, Alfred Street, Belfast coincides with news of 1,500 new jobs to be created at Halifax's offices in the Gasworks redevelopment project. The new call centre will be located around the corner from the apartment scheme. Over 60 apartments were sold when the Bass Buildings was launched last April by selling agent Hooke & MacDonald. The five-storey development of 114 apartments is within walking distance of the city centre and Queens University. The building is in Belfast's historic Linenhall conservation area and original facades have been incorporated into the scheme.

One-bedroom apartments are priced from £71,950 sterling, two-bedroom apartments from £89,950 to £110,950 and three-bedroom units from £153,950. Car spaces are available at £10,000 extra. All apartments are accessed by a lift with a glass atrium at the Alfred Street entrance.
