AN IRISH TECH company has some up with an online software solution aimed at apartment block managers.
Topfloor, which already supplies property management software to the market, has come up with BlockMan2, an online system that enables property managers to collect and administer service charges, maintain the accounts of the apartment complex or housing estate, as well as providing other functions.
An earlier product, BlockMan, is already used by some of the larger apartment block managers in the country.
Both software applications are available online on a SaaS (Software as a Service), or pay-as-you-go basis. According to Topfloor’s CEO Niall Wrafter: “This makes the software affordable to the property manager and, from Topfloor’s point of view, revenue growth is sustainable.”
Topfloor recently featured in the 2009 Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Ireland. “The UK market, however, is our real growth area. As the software is web-based, we can host, maintain and support the software from Ireland,” says Wrafter.
