William B Somerville-Large and others have lodged an objection against Wicklow Co Council's decision to grant planning permission for a large commercial development west of the N11 intersection at Fassaroe, Bray. Borg Developments, a subsidiary of the of the Cosgrave Group, plans to develop 28 business units with a total of 1.8 million sq ft, 14 industrial units with 350,000 sq ft and a facility centre with 105,000 sq ft. The scheme, planned for a site of 193 acres, will also include a 158-bedroom hotel and conference centre.
