Information technology specialist Celestica Ireland is to sell its extensive premises at Balheary, Swords, north Dublin, after moving into the former Motorola facility in the same area. Collier Jackson-Stops is seeking offers over £5.5 million (€6.98m) for the 53,196 sq ft office and manufacturing building which stands on a site of 5.2 acres. The facility was extensively renovated and modernised in 1996 and has attractive landscaping and on-site car-parking for up to 220 cars.

Roderick Downer of the selling agent says the building is likely to be of interest to both investors and owner-occupiers because of its high quality and superb location in one of north Dublin's fastest growing business areas.
