Sherry FitzGerald has announced a number of new recruits. Sarah McCoyhas joined the Drumcondra office as residential negotiator. She joins the company from Wyse.
Pádraig McDermottand Karen O'Harahave joined Sherry FitzGerald as mortgage advisers. Pádraig previously worked as a ReMaxagent and prior to that worked for Irish Permanent. Karen worked for Arachas Corporate Brokers.
Elsewhere, Rowena Quinnhas joined Savills Hamilton Osborne King.
Rowena, who previously worked with Daphne L Kaye and Associatesin Foxrock, joins Savills HOK'sBlackrock branch as a senior negotiator. Rowena has a lot of sales and customer service experience and has an in-depth knowledge of south Co Dublin. Prior to this she worked as an interior decorator for a number of years and subsequently ran her own company.
MTS Propertyhas moved offices from Herbert Street in Dublin 2 to a new office on Rathgar Cross in Dublin 6. The firm, headed up by Louise Byrne, was originally set up as a property management company in 2000 but has concentrated on the lettings market in recent years.
