According to the property price register the property was sold in February 2011 for €490,000. It has been redecorated since. Two other properties in the building were sold in the same year. Apartments 10 and 11 sold in February for €950,000. Number seven sold in September for €800,000.

The apartment has some very appealing period features. The square living room features high ceilings, huge twin windows with original working shutters and a statement white marble fireplace that has a decorative brass insert.
