Elsewhere in Dublin 4, Gunne secured £924,000 at auction for 73 Waterloo Road. The five-bedroom two-storey over garden level mid-terraced house is in need of refurbishment.
Nearby at 79 Waterloo Lane, a three-bedroom mews house was withdrawn at £395,000 and sold later for over £400,000 through Gunne.
Also in Ballsbridge, a two-bedroom apartment at 30 Elm Court, Merrion Road, was withdrawn at £240,000 by Gunne, which is quoting £275,000. A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 10 St Alban's Park, Sandymount, made £415,000 through Lisney.
Lisney is seeking £470,000 for 2 Churchill Terrace, Sandymount, a four-bedroom terraced house, after it failed to sell at auction.
Also in Sandymount, 23 Londonbridge Road, a two-bedroom terraced in good decorative order, sold at a Gunne auction for £390,000 - £200,000 over the agency's guide price.

In Dartry, Sherry FitzGerald withdrew 7 Sunbury Gardens, a seven-bedroom three-storey Edwardian house from auction at £900,000 and sold it later for a higher price. Nearby, a five-bedroom mews house at 4b Temple Villas fetched £800,000 through Lisney.
In Templeogue, Dublin 6W, a four-bedroom detached house, New Haven, at 3 Ashfield, made £328,000 by Sherry FitzGerald. A seven-bedroom semi-detached house, at 92 Rathfarnham Road, Terenure, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £680,000. Hamilton Osborne King secured in excess of the guide price of £600,000-plus after auction for 15 Palmerston Gardens, a five-bedroom semi-detached house.
A two-storey over basement house at 21 Richmond Hill, Rathmines, sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £320,000.
Also in Rathmines, 26 Ardee Road, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, made £260,000 at auction through Gunne. The Kern, a one-bedroom townhouse at Grosvenor Lane, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £225,000.
