A period redbrick in Portobello has the contemporary feel of a smart modern townhouse, thanks to a particularly stylish renovation. Number 6 Warren Street, Dublin 8, is a two-bedroom terraced house that will be auctioned by Sherry FitzGerald on July 22nd. The guide price is of £200,000-plus. House prices in Portobello have risen sharply in recent times.
