Location: site known as Hickey's Fabrics and includes Parkgate House (43 Parkgate Street), Dublin 8. The site is bounded by Parkgate Street to the north and the River Liffey to the south and is at the junction of Sean Heuston Bridge and Parkgate Street, Dublin 8. Proposed development: relocate, refurbish and repair a stone archway (protected structure) from its position on Parkgate Street to south-west of its position for use as a pedestrian access to a crèche, semi-private open space area and emergency access to site. Location: 12 Oakley Road (protected structure), Ranelagh, Dublin 6. Proposed development: convert house from seven self-contained residential units to a single dwelling. Demolish two-storey and single storey extensions to rear for new two-storey over basement rear extension. Erect single storey indoor pool to the rear, single storey studio apartment and garden shed.
