DÚN LAOGHAIRE RATHDOWN

Location: Clontra, Shankill, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Erect 299 two-bed apartments and 84 three-bed apartments in four blocks of six to nine storeys, a single storey crèche and security office, four single storey utility buildings, 380 car-parking spaces, cycle parking spaces and site works.
