FINGAL

Location: Swords Rd, Cloghran, Swords, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Development of a hotel, park-and-ride facility, and 24 all-weather playing pitches. The proposal is for a 100-bed hotel with a 200-seat restaurant, bar and conference facilities served by 181 car-parking spaces. Hotel and conference facilities range from three to four storeys. DECISION TO GRANT

DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Former Iceland site at Tallaght Rd, Tallaght, D24. Proposed development: Revised proposal of three blocks of retail units with apartments above. Block one is two-storey over retail. Blocks two and three are five storeys with set back penthouse storey to the Tallaght Bypass, over a 7,977 sq m (85,864 sq ft) 280-space basement car-park, divided for residential and commercial use parking. DÚN LAOGHAIRE-RATHDOWN
