Location: site at junction of Bellevue and School Street and accessed from Rainsford Street, at Liberties, Dublin 8. Proposed development: mixed use development comprising 81 residential units, commercial office space, retail space and associated shop front signage, a creche with outdoor play area and underground carparking comprising a public car park of 374 car spaces for Dublin City Council and private car parking of 95 spaces for residential, commercial and retail uses. The development will comprise a 12-storey tower on the corner of Bellevue and School Street, a block of six storeys north south along Bellevue, a central block of nine storeys north south to South Street and an 11-storey tower on School Street and a block at the rear of six storeys parallel to School Street. The mix of apartments is 17 three-bed units, 60 two-bed units and four one-bed units. The development involves the demolition of the existing school building on School Street, along with its yard area and boundary walls, gates and railings. Location: High Park, Grace Park Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9. Proposed development: demolish two-storey derelict building at Martanna House and derelict one, two and three storey buildings to the side and rear of the former convent at High Park, Grace Park Road, and construct 162 apartments with 171 parking spaces (including 114 underground spaces) located in two underground car parks and 57 surface parking spaces. Location: 117-119 Ranelagh, Dublin 6. Proposed development: demolish existing pair of terraced buildings for a mixed use building of part three and part four storeys in height to consist of retail use at ground floor and nine residential units between first and third floor levels. The residential units will consist of two one-bed units, six two-bed units and one three-bed penthouse. All associated works and landscaping. Applicant: Joe Leddin and Leo Mohan.

Location: lands at Wilton Place, Lad Lane and Pembroke Row (former OPW site), Dublin 2. SOUTH DUBLIN

Location: Nangor Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 on a site of approximately 2.3858 hectares. Proposed development: mixed use residential development comprising 317 units extending to 37,004sq m.
