Applications

DECISION TO REFUSE

Location: the main Loughshinny road (L 1320), Ballustree, Loughshinny, Skerries, Co Dublin. Proposed development: 25 dwellings. Block A, facing onto the main Loughshinny road, will comprise a terrace of nine two-storey units (six three-bed townhouses and three two-bed apartments). Location: 40-47 (ESB Building) Fleet Street, Dublin 2. Proposed development: demolish four-storey office complex and replace with a six to eight-storey development to consist of retail and office units. Applicant: Aztec Properties (New Ross) Ltd.

Location: Jack Restan Displays, Walkinstown Avenue, Dublin 12. Proposed development: commercial and residential in two buildings. The front building will comprise six floors and the rear eight floors - all over basement.
