Proposed development: 749 residential units comprising 616 apartments in 28 blocks ranging in height from three to eight storeys and comprising 139 one-bed apartments, 371 two-bed apartments, 37 three-bed units, 22 two-bed duplex units, 23 three-bed triplex units, and two four-bed duplex units. Seven three-bed townhouses in one three-storey block, and 126 houses in a mix of two/three-storey buildings comprising 24 two-beds, 31 three-beds, 71 four-beds. Community centre, crèche, one clubhouse unit, one café and 10 retail units, 1,317 car-parking spaces (952 at basement level and 365 at surface level), 770 cycle parking spaces, landscaping and all site works. Location: Gort Mhuire, Dundrum, Dublin 14. Proposed development: 47 dwelling units at the walled garden/associated farm outbuildings to comprise of 40 mews-style dwellings (five three-bed units, 34 four-bed units and one five-bed unit) all located within the Walled Gardens, the walls of which will be retained in their entirety with a modified entrance archway.
