SOUTH DUBLIN

DÚN LAOGHAIRE-RATHDOWN

Location: Woodlands Lodge, Woodlands Avenue, Stillorgan, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Demolish existing single storey dwelling and construct a detached two-storey apartment building with dormer roof accommodating eight apartments. Applicant: Aidan Redmond.

Location: Site north of Balbutcher Lane (north) and south of Saint Margaret's Road, Balcurris, Ballymun, Dublin 11. Proposed development: Erect 38 apartments in three and four-storey blocks, eight two-bedroom two-storey terraced houses, 71 car-parking spaces.
