Druker Fanning expects to secure a premium for the leasehold interest in the modern office block to be vacated by advertising agents Saatchi & Saatchi following a decision to close its Dublin office. The building at 4 Clonskeagh Square, Clonskeagh, has 10,900 sq ft of floor space, of which 5,300 is sub-let on a short lease due to expire next year. The rent is due to be reviewed in May and according to Neill Love, of Druker Fanning, is likely to be settled around £12 or £13 per sq ft. There are 46 on-site car-parking spaces.
