The Druker Fanning and Partners agency has revised its guide prices for two adjoining commercial buildings on Grafton Street, in Dublin, which are being sold on behalf of Royal Liver Assurance Ltd.

The rents of both building have been reviewed since they went on the market. The agency is now quoting £3.75 million for 114 Grafton Street, a sandstone building occupied by TSB Bank, which has now agreed to pay a rent of £200,000 per annum as against £145,000 up to now. The adjoining building, 115, also rented by TSB, has had its rent increased from £115,000 to £215,000 - a substantial increase which underlines the ever increasing importance of investments on Dublin's premier street. As a result of the rent review, Druker Fanning is now quoting £3.85 for Number 115, where the ground floor shop is sub-let to Spar.

Royal Liver is also selling two retail buildings in North Earl Street, Dublin 2, three shops adjoining the Swan Centre on Lower Rathmines Road, Dublin 6, and an office building at South Mall in Cork.
