A private investor has paid about £400,000 for three retail investments at Crowe Street in Dublin's Temple Bar area. The investment is the last of its kind in the street to be offered for sale by Temple Bar Properties. The three units, a book shop, an interior design outlet and a clothing shop, are let on long leases at a total rent of £000,000 per annum. The joint selling agents were Jones Lang Wootton and Mason Owen Lyons.

Meanwhile, Temple Bar Properties has secured £210,000 for a newly developed lock-up retail unit of 720 square feet at 23 Parliament Street. The shop forms part of Isolde's Tower apartment and retail development.
