Property developer Paddy Maguire is believed to have been the purchaser of a site of 3.2 acres at St Laurence Road, Chapelizod, Dublin 20, paying £6.6 million at a Lisney auction last week. The site is rezoned for a residential scheme and overlooks the river Liffey. It has a large complex of buildings which have been owned by Cantrell and Cochrane.
